Koi Koi provides personalized digital gifting experiences including birthday cards, proposal cards, sorry cards, anniversary cards, photo puzzles, gratitude cards, love cards, bro/saheli cards, family cards, and other shareable digital content.

All products sold on Koi Koi are digital products delivered electronically through generated links or online experiences.
No physical products are shipped.
3.Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Koi Koi. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should use the platform with the involvement of a parent or guardian, particularly for making payments.
4.User Responsibilities
You agree that:
- You will provide accurate information
- You own or have rights to uploaded photos/content
- You will not upload illegal, abusive, hateful, or copyrighted material
- You will not misuse or attempt to disrupt the platform
- You will not screen-record, copy, or redistribute previews or purchased gifts for unauthorized commercial use

- Payments are processed securely through government approved payment partners
- Prices may change at any time without notice.
6.Refund Policy
Due to the personalized and digital nature of our services, completed/generated experiences are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may only be considered in cases of duplicate payments or technical delivery failures caused by our platform. Please refer to our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.
7.Intellectual Property
All branding, designs, animations, code, graphics, and platform content belong to Koi Koi (Inkpen Labs Pvt Ltd) unless otherwise stated.
8.Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- User-generated content
- Relationship outcomes or emotional interpretations
- Third-party platform interruptions
- Temporary downtime or technical issues
9.Account Suspension
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to users violating these terms.

11.Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
